The souks, or traditional markets, branch off from the square, offering everything from spices to textiles. For couples looking for a unique and romantic experience, staying in a riad within the Medina offers an authentic touch. Many riads are former private homes converted into guesthouses, often featuring tranquil courtyards, rooftop terraces, and traditional Moroccan decor. Its central location makes it easy to explore major sights like the Bahia Palace and the Koutoubia Mosque on foot.
